Delivery

We take care to ensure that the valuable purchases of our customers are delivered as safely and as fast as possible. Your product will be shipped as express delivery within seven days following receipt of order. International shipping may take between two and six weeks for the orders to arrive. Delivery for national orders should be within five to fourteen days. International deliveries may take an average of approximately three weeks. All purchases are securely packed. Please ensure that the delivery details you supply are correct in order to avoid delays.

Shipping Question and Answers

How long will it take my package to arrive?
  In South Africa, most package should arrive within 24 to 48 hours since they are sent by postal courier service at no charge. You will be contacted by phone or fax with a claim number which you must present at the counter of your local post office in order to collect your parcel. Packages are NOT delivered to street addresses, except if specifically requested.

Most international deliveries take around three weeks. Shipping to some countries, such as Russia, may take up to six weeks. Local public holidays, postal strikes, etc, in any of the countries along the shipping route my also delay delivery at times. Care is always taken that all shipments are sent as quickly and as efficiently as possible, but we are unfortunately not in control of international shipping.

What must I do if my order has failed to arrive within a reasonable period of time?
  Please contact us at info@perfect-voice.com if your order has not arrived within four weeks. We can trace the parcel up to the point of departure from South Africa. With the aid of the tracking number which will be supplied to you when your order has been shipped, you will be able to trace your order online, or if that is not possible, your post office should be able to trace it for you. If the parcel definitely does not show up, it will be replaced to you as quickly as possible. No customer of Perfect Voice has ever not received a parcel, and your satisfaction is imperative to us.

Please do not contact the credit card processing agency with shipping related queries. They cannot address shipping problems and will merely forward the query to Perfect Voice

Can you ship from other countries?
  We service the whole world from our office in Johannesburg, South Africa. Normally deliveries can be made to any place on earth which is serviced by the international postal system. We do not currently have points of distribution in other particular countries.

What risk is there that I will not receive my order?
  No customer has ever not received an order at all. In the unlikely event that an order should go astray in the mail, the order will be replaced at our own cost. There is no risk to the customer.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the product?
  No customer has ever returned a product, but if you should not be satisfied, the product can be returned in original state within one month of receipt. The purchase will be refunded at reigning currency exchange rates.

How is my product packaged?
  Your video and voice training manual will come in a large white bubble-padded envelope.

What must I do if I have special shipping instructions? For instance, if the product is a gift for someone else, or if I want an unusual method of delivery?

How is the product identified for customs purposes?
  The product is normally indicated as a educational material, consisting of a manual and video.
